  • Take about 1-inch ginger, ½ inch cinnamon, 2 cloves, a pinch of nutmeg, and 2 cardamoms and grind them coarsely in a mortar pestle.

The Kadak chai recipe with tea bags remains the same as the traditional Kadak masala tea. Once the water is boiled with the spices, pour that water into a cup and dip a tea bag, which can be a moringa chai or any other flavour. Allow it to infuse for a few minutes.
