Pasta is a typical food made from an unleavened dough of wheat and flour mixed with water or eggs. There are several shapes of pasta. Ring-shaped pasta, spring-shaped pasta, Onion shaped pasta, Spaghetti, etc. The sauce is the back none in the preparation of pasta. We can choose any shape of pasta, depending on our choice. 

The way of cooking pasta is the same for all the shapes. It might include masala pasta, red sauce pasta, and white sauce pasta. In the pasta recipe, to make basic pasta, we need to take some water in a pan, bring it to a boil and then add the pasta to it. Cook it for approximately 10-12 minutes. Let it get cooked until the surface of the pasta looks matte. Drain the boiled water and heat from the strainer. The pasta recipe also includes adding a pinch of salt and a small oil to the pan’s surface. So that the pasta cooks faster and does not get stuck to the strainer while draining the water. The pasta thus, cooked should be soft and should be cooked on a medium flame so that it does not get crispy.

Rosemary is a healthy herb that is rich in calcium, iron, and dietary fibre. 

Pasta masala ingredients might also include parsley, giving a strong taste to the pasta masala. It is a dried herb or spice, making the pasta recipe spicy in taste and strength. Pasta masala ingredients also add up oregano to it. Oregano is a herb with a slightly bitter taste and of pungent flavour to the pasta masala. We usually use it at the time of preparing pasta recipe. It is also used because of its health benefits and is rich in flavour.

Pasta recipe

Prolonging the pasta recipe, add the chopped vegetables to it. Let the vegetables get cooked and fried for up to 3 minutes. Enhancing these recipes add tomato and salt to them. We add salt to the vegetables to cook fast at a medium flame. You can also add chilli flakes to the pasta masala ingredients to give it an Italian pasta taste. If we want the pasta recipe to be spicy, we shall add the pasta masala to the pasta already made. Pasta masala also includes half a spoon of garam masala or pav bhaji masala. To make the pasta masala stronger and spicier, we add dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi). We add coriander leaves, fresh cream, and mayonnaise to the masala pasta recipe to garnish it. 

While preparing pasta, we add vinegar, and different types of sauce like tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, corn starch, and mayonnaise to make the masala pasta recipe strong. We also add marinara sauce while preparing the masala pasta recipe. Marinara sauce is an Italian sauce that is prepared with crushed red bell pepper, garlic, basil, tomatoes, and onions. It gives an extremely different and yummy taste. The pasta masala ingredients can also be enriched with red chilli powder in a small quantity because we are already taking several other raw spices which are used while grinding to prepare the pasta masala.

  • White sauce pasta

The pasta recipe with white sauce is very delicious and easy. It is a very healthy meal if taken in the morning. It is cooked pasta mixed with milk, butter, and fresh cream sauce. You can purchase it from the market as well as prepare the white sauce at home. 

  • Red sauce pasta

For red sauce pasta, cook the pasta, cook the vegetables with the pasta, and add vinegar and oregano: cumin seeds, tomato, onion, garlic. Red sauce pasta is similar to masala pasta.
