Ice Pack

Due to migraine pain, muscles get swollen, ice packs help in relaxing those swollen muscles. How can you use it? Take an ice pack, then slightly massage on the back of the head, forehead, and neck for 10-15 minutes. 

If you don't have an ice pack, take a few cubes of ice and place them in a clean towel. You can add two to three drops of peppermint oil on ice, and it gives an immediate effect. Apply it on the back of the head, forehead, and neck for 10-15 minutes. You will get relief.

Use Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar does wonders for migraine pain. You can take one spoon of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of honey and add them to one glass of water. Stir it well and have it. It will not give you instant relief. You have to do it for around thirty days.

When there is a migraine or feel that it will happen, take two to three teaspoons. It is not beneficial for migraine pain only, but it controls sugar and blood pressure, reduces weight, and relieves bone and joint pain. If apple cider vinegar is not feasible, you can eat an apple daily.

Use Lavender Oil

Lavender oil is helpful in common headaches and migraine pain. People think that lavender oil aroma is very effective for migraine pain. Add 3-4 drops of lavender oil in warm water and smell it. It will give excellent relief.

Use of Tulsi Oil

Tulsi has various natural properties to keep you away from diseases. Did you know tulsi oil is also exceptionally effective in migraine pain? Using Tulsi oil provides relief in migraine pain. Tulsi oil relaxes the muscles, thereby reducing tension and relieving pain.

To get relieved of the intolerable pain of migraine, put 2-2 drops of pure desi ghee in your nose daily. It gives relief from the migraine.

Garlic Juice

Just like coriander and ginger, garlic is also beneficial in migraine pain. To make garlic juice, just take 5 to 7 pieces of garlic and crush them and squeeze their juice. Now drink this juice. By doing this, you will get relief. Did you know that garlic will act as a painkiller and reduce the pain quickly? Try this if you have early symptoms of migraine.
