    • Take one cup of boiling water. Add  one teaspoon of cinnamon and one-fourth teaspoon of the home grown blend trikatu. Take it one to two times each day.
    • Take half teaspoon trikatu blended in with one teaspoon of honey, twice a day, prior to meal. It is useful for consuming ama (poisons) and overabundance kapha, managing cholesterol.
    • Drink one cup of boiled water with one teaspoon lime juice or 10 drops of apple juice vinegar blended in with nectar. This will assist with scratching off the fat from your framework and lessen cholesterol levels.
